Mandy Lawson will take you through 200 hours of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga practice, which by the end will
give you the Yoga Alliance recognised qualification to teach Yoga anywhere in the World. Learn the physical,
anatomical and spiritual practices in Yoga within the natural beauty of Costa Rica.
