When you search for or purchase Tours with Tour Operators through the Website.
When you make a reservation or book a Tour with a Tour Operator through our customer reservation team by telephone.
When you subscribe to the Success Fitness & Sports Tours newsletter, participate in the Success Fitness & Sports Tours feedback, or submit for Success Fitness & Sports Tours' attention the ‘Contact Us’ form.
When you set up a ‘My Account’ page on our Website and enter your details (or those of your party) on to our Website (such as your name and the names of those in your party, your address, email, telephone number and details of Tours booked, saved searches, edit marketing/e-newsletter preferences, etc), for the purposes of administering your booking arrangements through the Website with Tour Operators. If you decide to send details of holidays searched against or booked with a friend through the ‘Send to Friend’ function on the Website, we may capture this information in order to send this information as requested by you. As part of the service that Success Fitness & Sports Tours provide we will contact any registered users that have searched for and/or viewed tours but have not made a booking to ascertain whether there is anything that we can assist with or any questions that we can answer about these tours.
Via unconditional data capture measures such as the use of cookies and studying the pages you read frequently (please see ‘Cookies Policy’ for more information).
When you participate in the online chat facility on the Website, in order to keep track of transcripts from chat conversations.

3. In order to complete your booking with a Tour Operator having visited our Website, Success Fitness & Sports Tours will need to collect information about you to pass on to the Tour Operator in order to provide you with the service you expect and the Tours you wish to book. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, postcode, email address and telephone number. If you wish to book via the telephone, then in order to complete your booking with the Tour Operator then we will need to take this information from you in order to process the booking and may write this down in order to process this booking. When you make a reservation for someone else through Success Fitness & Sports Tours, we will request personal information about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information.

Usually, when we process your booking through our Website, you are directed to a secure payment gateway (as nominated by the individual Tour Operator with whom you wish to book) where you can enter your credit card/payment details into the payment gateway for payment to be submitted directly to the Tour Operator through the payment gateway. No payments will be taken and no monies will be held by Success Fitness & Sports Tours in such instances. However, we may need to take credit card information from you so that payment can be made to the Tour Operator for your booking where you wish to book over the telephone and we may write this information down in order to process your booking – if we do, this information is not kept by Success Fitness & Sports Tours. We will therefore collect and use your credit card details to process the payment of the booking fee that Success Fitness & Sports Tours charges for processing the booking for you over the telephone, as well as pass on the credit card details to the individual Tour Operator with whom you wish to book in order to process payment for your Tour directly with the Tour Operator, in accordance with its booking terms and conditions. Such details will be kept secure whilst handling. Please note that we do not write down your credit card details as the information is input straight into the secure online payment gateway system for booking with the Tour Operator. When we process any booking fee that we are entitled to charge in accordance with our Terms of Use, then we do not write down your credit card details then either and we input these straight into our secure Barclays payment system for the purposes of processing the booking fee. We do not therefore store your credit card details at Success Fitness & Sports Tours.

4. Success Fitness & Sports Tours may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties (including the Tour Operators), such as members of the Success Fitness & Sports Tours group, Success Fitness & Sports Tours' own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when Success Fitness & Sports Tours is legally obliged to disclose your data.

5. By subscribing to the Success Fitness & Sports Tours e-newsletter you consent to receive this from Success Fitness & Sports Tours by email as well as details of other special offers from Success Fitness & Sports Tours that Success Fitness & Sports Tours thinks may be of interest to you. Success Fitness & Sports Tours will never subscribe you to receive marketing from any third-party.

By submitting to Success Fitness & Sports Tours your holiday feedback form you consent for Success Fitness & Sports Tours to use the information supplied to Success Fitness & Sports Tours in customer testimonials, as well as any other media that you have chosen to supply by you, as described further in our Terms of Use. Where this is the case, your personal details such as address and contact details will not be displayed. Success Fitness & Sports Tours retains the right not to feature specific feedback or comments on the Website.

In order to complete your booking, Success Fitness & Sports Tours will also need to collect information about you, and others included in your group, to pass to Tour Operators for the purposes of confirming your booking. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as information relating to disabilities, dietary requirements and/or religious beliefs. This may involve the transfer of information outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and by providing Success Fitness & Sports Tours with this information you provide your consent (and the consent of those included in your group) to transfer such information out of the EEA.

8. You have the right to ask Success Fitness & Sports Tours not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You also have the right to access information held about you by Success Fitness & Sports Tours. Your right to access can be exercised in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016., as amended from time to time.

For any passengers booked to travel the Tour Operator that is running the tour is the Data Controller for your personal information, Success Fitness & Sports Tours are processing your personal information on behalf of the Tour Operator. Details of the Tour Operators that Success Fitness & Sports Tours work with can be found on our Tour Operators page. If you have booked a tour and wish to exercise your GDPR rights please contact directly the Tour Operator that you are booked to travel with.

If you have not booked to travel then Success Fitness & Sports Tours are responsible for the safe-handling of your personal information and this data will not be shared with any third-party (other than as detailed in Clause 4 above).

Success Fitness & Sports Tours will not request any personal information that is not required in order to fulfil your tour booking. Any personal information retained by Success Fitness & Sports Tours is stored securely and is only accessible to those employed by Success Fitness & Sports Tours, to select members of the Albatross Group Accounts and IT Departments and to relevant employees of Moriyama Limited who develop and maintain the Success Fitness & Sports Tours website.

Success Fitness & Sports Tours will not retain any personal information for a period longer than three years after you have travelled on a tour booked through Success Fitness & Sports Tours.

Change/Modify Details

If you change your contact details, please send an email with your new details to louise.dupree@successtours.com If you need to modify or change your personal details after you have made a purchase with a Tour Operator via Website, please also notify the Tour Operator running the Tour as soon as possible.
