Aly's Spanish Yoga Retreat, Andalucia

El Convento is a very special retreat centre, where yoga sessions are taught on a yoga deck, overlooking the Sierra de las Nieves natural park, to create and natural and tranquil environment to focus your practice in. All  food provided is vegetarian, organic and from the most local source possible, whilst accommodation is simple but beautiful with bohemian bell-tents, tipis and huts, all within a conscious and sustainable approach to the environment by using clean mountain water, piped directly from the spring, as well as solar energy only and encourage energy efficiency with both indoor and outdoor showers as well as contemporary and compost toilets.
