Join Andrea in this historical Tuscan Villa, set amongst vineyards, olive groves and idyllic Tuscany hills, where she will lead you through a number of Pilates sessions to help you improve your core strength, posture and alignment. Whether you chose to share this incredible Retreat experience with friends or prefer to travel alone, the aim of our Retreats is to ensure you leave feeling refreshed, energised and stronger than when you arrived.
